Signature mains from this Western menu that is infused with Eastern elements include Chicken Cordon Bleu, Crab Cakes with Citrus Dressing as well as Grilled Fish with Garlic and Black Pepper Sauce. As for desserts, in the selection are tiramisu, palm sugar cake, fruit cakes, chocolate tarts and more.

The F&B team at Palong Coffee House is headed by Executive Chef Nava Mutthiah, who has clocked 22 years of experience in the kitchens of leading hotels.
